PEAK INSURANCE
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
Peak Insurance, operated by Wayne Victor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you visit peak14er.com, submit a website or social media inquiry, schedule a conversation, or communicate with us about that request.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. You can contact us at any time to ask about your information or stop marketing communications.
1. Information we collect
The information we receive depends on how you contact us. It may include:
- Your name, email address, telephone number and ZIP code.
- Your preferred contact method, appointment details and the questions or messages you choose to send.
- General coverage interests or coverage categories you provide, such as Medicare, TRICARE For Life, VA health care or CHAMPVA, and an optional branch of service.
- Records of your permission to contact you, the source and date of your request, and your communication preferences.
Our website and service providers may also receive technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as your IP address, browser or device type, pages requested and access times.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment details, disability ratings, diagnoses or other detailed medical information in advertising forms, general website inquiries or ordinary email. If additional information is needed for a plan review or application, we will explain how to provide it through an appropriate process.
2. How we use your information
We use information to respond to your questions, arrange appointments, discuss insurance options you have asked about, provide requested assistance, maintain contact preferences and permission records, protect our services, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.
We contact you using the permission and preferences you provide, subject to applicable requirements. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in insurance, change your existing benefits or obligate you to purchase anything. This privacy policy by itself does not provide consent to marketing calls, texts or emails.
3. Facebook and Instagram lead forms
When you submit a Peak Insurance lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us with the information you submit. This can include contact details that you confirm in the form and your answers to its questions. We use that information to follow up on your request as described in this policy and the notice shown with the form.
Meta also handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Your Facebook and Instagram privacy and advertising settings are managed through Meta. A privacy request to Peak Insurance concerns the information we hold; requests concerning Meta records should also be directed to Meta.
4. When information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared as needed with:
- Service providers that support website hosting, data storage, scheduling, email, telephone communications and administration of your request.
- Insurance and agency support partners, including carriers or support organizations such as Medicare Mentors and Spark, when necessary for assistance you request or applicable administrative requirements. Any additional permission required to disclose information to another agent or agency will be requested separately.
- Authorities or other recipients when required by law, a valid legal process, or as permitted by law to address fraud, security incidents or protect legal rights.
The website inquiry form saves your request for Peak Insurance. It does not automatically submit an insurance application. If you proceed with an application or use a carrier service, that organization may provide its own privacy notice.
5. Website tools, cookies and outside links
Our website uses externally hosted fonts and a Calendly scheduling tool. Loading these services can send technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to their providers. Scheduling services may use cookies or similar technologies, and appointment details are processed to arrange your meeting with us.
You can review the Calendly Privacy Notice and Google Privacy Policy. Use available cookie controls and your browser settings to manage cookies. Restricting cookies may affect some features. You can also call or email Wayne to arrange an appointment.
Peak Insurance uses the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising. This tool uses cookies and similar technologies and can send Meta information about the pages you visit, your browser, IP address and cookie identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with your account and use it under its Privacy Policy. You can manage how Meta uses information from advertising partners through your Meta advertising settings.
Links to insurance carriers, government resources and other websites are governed by those organizations' privacy practices.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask us to stop marketing contact, change your preferred contact method, correct your details, or review or delete information we hold about you. Email wayne@peak14er.com or call 719.661.5106. To stop texts, reply STOP or contact us directly. For marketing emails, use an unsubscribe link when one is provided or contact us directly. Message and data rates may apply to texts.
Depending on your location and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your information, or opt out of certain uses. We will handle requests under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Please do not send sensitive identification numbers with your initial request.
Some records may need to be retained for legal, insurance, security or recordkeeping purposes, including a record of your request not to be contacted. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why. You can ask for reconsideration by emailing us with the subject “Privacy request appeal.” Where available under applicable law, you can also contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
7. Information storage and security
Information may be kept in our website records and the business services used to manage your request. We retain it for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including requested assistance, permission records, applicable legal obligations and resolving disputes. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and our relationship with you.
No website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use our general contact channels to arrange a suitable way to provide sensitive information.
8. Children
This website and our lead forms are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through these channels, please contact us so we can address it.
